Agenda

PeakAvenue Platform Series: “A Story Across the Modules”

In this presentation series, we present the vision of a seamless digital platform covering the entire product lifecycle — from product definition through development to industrialization. All sessions take place in the plenary across both conference days, build on one another, and are complemented by live demos based on a continuous example within the PeakAvenue platform.

  • Part 1 – PeakAvenue Platform: Our eQMS Goes Live – and Becomes Intelligent with AI
The cloud-based eQMS is evolving into a central, scalable, and collaborative platform covering the entire product lifecycle — from development to post-market surveillance.
  • Part 2 – Requirements & Characteristics
Plan product quality with the PeakAvenue modules ReqSuite, Documents, Dimensions, Special Characteristics, and Product Definition.
  • Part 3 – Development & Risk Analysis
Integrate development and risk analysis with PeakAvenue FTA and FMEA — transparent and fully traceable.
  • Part 4 – Industrialization & Quality Assurance
Implement quality requirements up to production release with PeakAvenue PPAP and Skills.

  • How We Do It – How You Do It: Best Practices
Johanna Lotter and Dr. Sebstian Adam; Osseno (a PeakAvenue company)

In this interactive workshop, we present typical questions related to template design and show how we address them in practice. We then open the floor for discussion and exchange of experiences: Which approaches are actually used? Where do they reach their limits? And which alternatives have proven effective? The workshop thrives on the exchange between users and the comparison of theory and practice — open, honest, and without claiming a single “right” solution.

  • Migration with Added Value: Leveraging Requirements Across the Platform
Phil Stüpfert; Osseno (a PeakAvenue company)

When can our existing customers migrate? What will reqSuite® RM look like within the platform — and what will become possible?

  • Documents – The Digital Backbone of Quality Management
Nico Matthäus and Dr. Thomas Schmitz; PLATO (a PeakAvenue company)

A robust quality management system (QMS) depends on clearly structured, compliant, and practical document control. Documents are more than just formal guidelines or records — they form the operational foundation for transparency, traceability, and continuous improvement. Migrating existing documents into a new digital system is therefore more than a technical step. It requires a thorough analysis of the current structure, the consolidation of historically grown content, and the clear definition of responsibilities and approval processes.

A well-designed structure creates clarity and orientation:

  • a clear document structure
  • defined versioning and approval logic
  • a transparent filing system
  • compliant document control, e.g., according to ISO 9001

Within an eQMS environment, document control operates across systems. Integration into operational processes ensures that documents are not managed in isolation but actively support day-to-day operations.

Day 2 | September 30, 2026

Look forward to parallel customer presentations showcasing how our software solutions are successfully used across different industries — including exclusive best-practice insights. Click on the tabs above to learn more about the topics on the second conference day.

  • Establishing the HELLA CAQ System: From Vision to an Integrated Quality Network
Vairavanathan Chanthuru and Christian Fährrolfes; HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA

The evolution of our HELLA CAQ System illustrates how we built a robust digital quality environment — from the technical implementation to the creation of a company‑wide network. This enabled the formation of a strong ecosystem of process, methodology, and tool that now serves as the foundation of our long‑term quality excellence.

  • DFMEA at Bugatti Rimac as the Key Process for reliable Hypercars in the Modern Era
Alexandros Papalexiou and Mattia Barcellona; Bugatti Rimac d.o.o.

Technological advances drive complexity hike, which, arguably, mandates a modern approach for DFMEA. PeakAvenue e1ns has enabled the deployment of our tailored DFMEA process, aimed at successfully increasing the effectiveness of the DFMEA output.

  • Use of FMEA for the Analysis of Vehicles, Starting with the intended Function and Ending with Component Failures
    Philip Stirgwolt; Stirgwolt Consulting

The objective is how to use the current VDA/ AIAG FMEA tool e1ns to provide the engineering verification between ISO 26262 MSR to HARA. Also to bridge the gap between the ISO 26262 & ISO 21448 to implement clause 9 for any top-down Modification of Change (MoC) for system or component insufficiencies. This presentation will show a demonstration of how to use the existing tool to methodically document both top-down and bottom-up engineering verification of product structure, derived requirements and failure analysis to support the use of FTA more effectively.
